We are looking for a Senior System Analyst for a permanent role with one of our leading IT clients in Singapore
Salary: SGD 5000-5500/ Month

Provide application support and enhancement to PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application (including Payroll) to meet business needs
•To gather and analyze user requirements, understand business needs and process flow
•To implement solutions and work-arounds to overcome systems constraint
•To work with users to resolve operational and application issues thus ensuring efficient production
•To perform impact assessment and design solutions considering viable alternatives
•To configure/develop/enhance Peoplesoft HRMS business functions in fulfilling user requirements
•To provide end user training
•To provide BAU production support
•To implement PeopleSoft/Oracle upgrade packages
•To investigates issues to determine root cause and apply permanent fixes
•To support and collaborate with vendors and other IS teams in delivering HRMS projects
•Degree in IT related field or other degree with at least 5 years of PeopleSoft HRMS working
experience. Oracle University certification on PeopleSoft technologies/products is a plus.
•Possess solid understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2; functional configurations, transactions,
queries/reports and business processes and able to apply this knowledge in designing and
implementing business solutions.
•Solid understanding and experience in Oracle Database.
•Experience with PeopleSoft Tools: PeopleTools/ PeopleCode/ SQR/ Application Engine/ Component
Interface/ BI Publisher/ Integration Broker (Web Services)/ ExceltoCI/ PeopleSoft Security (Roles,
Permissions, Query Security, User Profile)/ Data Mover/ Unix Scripting/ Rest API/ PS Query/ SQL
3 to 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM in a techno-functional role supporting both functional
and technical aspects. Hands-on and practical experience is a must.
3 years of experience with end-user production support in a medium/large corporate setting.
•Experience in SuccessFactors Talent Management is an added advantage.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Willing to work extended hours upon work exigency.
•Able to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
•Highly motivated with positive work attitude.
•Keen to keep up with technology changes and new tools.
