Description
Job Responsibilities
Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's commercial portfolio
Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents
Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
Responsible for preparing annual rental budget and rental forecast as well as management reports
Provide direction and guidance to the team in the execution of the leasing strategies
