Description



We are hiring for the position of SAP HR with one of the leading client based out in Singapore

Job Requirements SAP HR 

  • 8-15 years of good SAP HR
  • Functional Knowledge of working in SAP PI / Dell Boomi / HCI integration/ interface technologies
  • Knowledge of Success Factors Bizx / SF Launch implementation methodology
  • Experience in all aspects of project work: Design, Configuration, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Documentation, End User Training, Hyper care support and Support.
  • Experience in preparing Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Conditions, Defect Tracking spreadsheets, UAT Testing, Integration Testing, Payroll Parallel testing.
  • Knowledge on mapping of employee master data with SAP HCM Infotypes
  • Knowledge on Integration of Personnel Admin module with Organizational Management Module.
  • Knowledge on SAP Query, Adhoc Query and SAP Standard PA Reports
  • Knowledge of Cost Centre mapping with Org Objects and advantages and disadvantages of the same.
  • Knowledge of Idoc on movement of Org Objects from one client to other
  • Knowledge of Absence/Attendance mapping in SAP HCM
  • Knowledge of Over Time/Employee Remuneration Info-types usage and utility
  • Knowledge on Work Schedules/Holiday Calendars etc.,
  • Knowledge on Payroll Info-types and Country specific Payroll Info-types and their significance
  • Knowledge on various statutory deductions related to each country (Like Personal Income Tax, Social Security Deductions etc.,)
  • Knowledge on Payroll Integration with SAP FI Module (Including Symbolic Account, mapping of Symbolic Account with GL Code, Posting to FI, Account Determination Grouping and it is impact etc.,)
  • Knowledge on HR Forms, Payroll Journal, Payroll Account, Remuneration Statements, etc.,
  • Strong Experience in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and Abu Dhabi payroll.
  • Knowledge on the Pay slip design (PE51 and HRFORMS)
  • Knowledge in Benefit and Payroll Integration
  • Knowledge on Pay slip services
  • Knowledge on Integration between SAP Systems(ALE/IDOC)
  • Knowledge on Data Migration (LSMW)
