We are looking for an HR Business Advisor for a 6 months contract role with Aryan Solutions, Singapore. Aryan Solutions is looking to build a developer team in Singapore with support team in India & Vietnam.

Salary- 6500 SGD – 7500 SGD / Month

Type- 6 Months Contract
Location- Ayer Raja Cresent


Role and Responsibilities 

Assumes day-to-day HR operations responsibilities for our Singapore office including employee relations, performance management and organization changes.

Ensure compliance with internal and external local regulatory requirements

Demonstrates and maintains an in-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws, market practices, general business environment and applies these operationally

Leads and/or contributes to the enhancement or implementation of HR policies and programs in the region and globally.

Work closely with HR Shared Services in ensuring all HR policies/processes are kept up-to-date and continuous improvements to enhance overall employee experience

Assists the senior HRBP on HR annual cycle programs with strong collaboration with regional CoE partners in the area of Market Benchmark projects, Annual Reward and Performance Review, Pulse, performance management, Productivity analysis etc.

Proactively coaches managers in team effectiveness, workforce planning and development facilitation for manager development, team and management effectiveness.

Be a key change agent to support regional and global initiatives and its implementation in country

Acts as role model for the values of the company and personally demonstrate behavior consistent with our client’s culture


  • Degree in Human Resources or business studies
  • 8 years of HR working experience in an MNC with proven track record in HR Generalist experience, including a demonstrated ability to provide HR Advisory support as described above.
  • Strong analytical skills required to identify HR-related trends within the business via metrics and other analytical tools, in order to make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation. Pays attention to details and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnership with internal clients as well as regional and global HR colleagues.
  • Confident, independent, dynamic, proactive, people and results-oriented personality with excellent communication, writing and interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, strong multi-tasking skill and be able to work under pressure.
  • Pro-active and strong team player
  • Adaptable and flexible with high drive & commitment
