The successful candidate leads strategic external and internal communications/public relations focusing on enhancing the digital visibility of Clients in the media/public to build and maintain the digital narrative and positioning of the group. This includes the development of strategic communications responses both proactively and reactively. He/She is also responsible for employee/internal communications focusing on corporate announcements and programmes led by the GCDO, as well as, change communications to drive employee awareness and engagement in corporate developments and digital initiatives, as well as, to connect senior management to the Group Digital Office as related to communications. In this regard, the successful candidate assumes the role of business communication partner to internal stakeholders across the Group to ensure on-point communications with regards to the Group’s digital strategy to bridge understanding and engagement. The person would Integrate digital communications strategy to develop a coherent digital narrative to amplify the group’s messages across all channels and strategize communication messages to differentiate Singtel positioning vs. other across South East Asia, globally and vis-à-vis other digital leader.
