Responsible for managing and executing thought leadership digital and social media programs across APAC. This will involve the identification and / or creation of locally relevant content, the development of a localized digital content buyers journey by market, the development and execution of digital and social media programs and agile tracking of impact and results so as to incorporate improvements in a dynamic fashion. The role will involve coordination with multiple internal teams including WW corporate functions eg the social media and web team, APAC field marketing teams, backend services and external agencies as required.

Key responsibilities 

Work closely with the AVP Corporate Marketing to identify and execute key ‘always-on’ APAC developed but locally relevant digital and social media programs (digital content/creative, search, digital and social media paid advertising, social selling and social listening programs as appropriate) to enhance awareness of clients positioning as a leading digital transformation service partner and to raise awareness of clients key digital capabilities

Localise/tailor content and coordinate with APAC country stakeholders to ensure local relevance and coordination with local field marketing demand generation efforts

Work with external media buying agencies to ensure optimal reach of specific target audience by role and also by company where appropriate

Work with web production, country field marketing, campaigns teams and product marketing to create compelling campaign microsites to track content engagement and create online to offline opportunities

Review, prioritize and track search, ad, social media and overall campaign performance, optimizing and swapping out creatives, assets as required

Ensure graphic requests have been routed to creative team and supply content support as needed.

Manage production of creative content, coordinating with agency, reviews with stakeholders, and posting on website with web production team.

Work closely with program / operations coordinator to ensure ontime program delivery and execution across multiple markets

Work with translation team to prioritize and aggregate collateral and content for translation.

Manage data on campaign performance by country against a set of KPIs. Determine required changes to improve performance and engagement.

Maintain an external view to keep abreast of best practices in leveraging digital and social media for brand development. Track our external competitive digital marketing / branding environment.

Recommend offline brand building programs as a complement to online activities.



Education: Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital marketing or Business preferred). Masters degree in Marketing or an MBA would be an advantage.

Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience and successful track record of managing and executing digital and social media programs across APAC for a multinational company or within an agency environment.

Working knowledge of Adobe Campaign Manager and Adobe Experience Manager a plus.

Experience in managing external agencies and resources.

Organized and efficient. Good people skills. Highly collaborative with a can-do attitude.

Comfortable with ambiguity. Results driven work ethic with high energy and enthusiasm levels.

English mother tongue. High standard of written Mandarin and/or Japanese an advantage as job requires interaction with teams in Japan & China.
